Rants in the Pants, Episode 29-Mothers’ Day?

My, this year has gone by fast. It’s already getting to be Mothers’ Day. But those in the know don’t call it that anymore. We have become advanced. We have evolved. Now we don’t use the word, “mother.” It’s a crime to do so. Instead, we use “birthing parent” to describe the person who went through the pain of birth to bring us into the world. How modern! We don’t call them women anymore either because that leaves out the 87 other terms describing the 87 different genders we have invented that make some of us claim they are smarter and more empathic than the rest of us. The result is not smart and empathetic, but simply pathetic….

The truth of the matter is that we are born with two sets of chromosomes. You either get two “x’s” or you get an “x” and a “y” and that’s all there is to it. The first set will make you a female and the second set will make you a male. Folks, this is basic biology which I am as certain as water added to dirt makes mud that they don’t teach in school anymore. Instead, the schools seem to be going along with an agenda that is designed to spread confusion and not knowledge. Did anyone in history ever say, “I’m going to school to get confused.” No! They did not.

I do have to admit that at first I was a little confused at the English language, especially spelling and commas, but I got a tutor and was straightened out. At least I think so- But until now, school has been there to educate not to obfuscate.

I can only wonder that with the birth of mother=birthing parent, what the new term for “father” is. Would that be birthing parent as well? That would just be weird because the father parent has little to do with birthing the baby after leaving his sperm in the womb, except dashing out at 1 am to see if he can find some spumoni ice cream and a dill pickle. I am at a loss so I am turning to my readers for suggestions. Please leave any suggestions in the comments section.
